(Boring Technical Bit #1) When designing your BRAND iMAGERY it is advised to use  scalable vector graphics (svg software) for the correct quality and files for printing etc which is my

thing so you are definitely in the right place!

As a digital illustrator I am an advocate in using vector illustration to turn your words into clear pictures to use online and in print, but why...

Now making your own logo, using Ai or a friend, even making it up in a design app like CANVA maybe free or cheap but the majority of the time these will end up being raster based mages and you will run into issues down the road meaning it's back to the drawing board and bank so when researching logo, graphic and brand design always look out for the magic word "vector"!

If you already have a design like this that is not up to scratch I can help fix it or craft you a BRAND new design

a vector based image is preferred when creating graphics especially regarding logos as images are made up of points & lines which will retain sharpness, regardless of size or resolution

a raster based image is not advised for some graphics especially logos as they are made up of pixels (single squares of colour) which will not retain sharpness, when enlarged or viewed in higher resolution
